The Four Seasons offers a self catering property on the South West side of Canterbury.
Providing basic accommodation, with basic furnishings, for a maximum of 4 people.
The price of the property relies on each set of guests leaving the house clean and tidy for the next arrivals.
We change beds and check that the house has been left in a clean condition plus look after the gardens.
We do not provide a full cleaning/tidying/dishwashing service.
To allow you time for this
we have a generous check out time of 2.00pm.
About the property -
Sleeps 4 in 2 double or 2 twin bedrooms.
Kitchen with basic facilities - Electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, good selection of kitchenware.
The property does not have a washing machine or freezer.
Bathroom with WC and bath with shower attachment.
Lounge with TV & DVD.
Dining room with French doors leading to the garden.
Large south facing garden with garden furniture.
Off road parking for 2 cars. No parking on the road please!
Linen and towels provided.
Quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours at all times.
25 minute walk to the city centre.
5 Minute drive to Wincheap park and ride.
10 minute walk to Morrisons supermarket.
Very good road links to the A28 and M2.
The property does not have a telephone line or internet access.
No food is provided.
We provide you with a small starter pack of tea, coffee, UHT milk. A toilet roll, hand soap, a dishwashing cloth, washing up liquid, a dishwasher tablet and cleaning materials.

The property is £70.00 per night, maximum number of people 4.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Maximum stay 7 nights.
Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Minimum age of party leader 25 years old.
Minimum child age 10 years old.
No single sex groups.
Check in.
The key to the property needs to be collected from us at our B&B, this is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
The key can be collected during our B&B reception hours
4.00pm - 9.00pm Monday - Friday
12.00 noon - 7.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Payment is on arrival at the B&B
Bookings and cancellation.
The property can be booked through the Four
Seasons B&B on-line booking system and is subject to the same terms and conditions as our B&B. With the addition that For emergency reasons guests must have a UK
compatible mobile phone and charger.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
So that we can provide a good price for you, Guests are required to leave the property in the condition they found it in.
