Terms and Conditions for reservations in Four Seasons B&B, Canterbury, Kent ,UK.

Thank you for considering to book with Four Seasons Bed and Breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make a booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Please note that our minimum guest age requirement is 21 years old for the lead guest and we welcome accompanied children from the age of 5 years. Our B&B is not suitable for babies or small children.

The price includes bedroom accommodation, any taxes and breakfast.
WiFi for checking email and website is free of charge, we do not permit the downloading of music/media files using our connection. Use of our desk top PC for internet is also free of charge with the same conditions attached..
Card details are required to reserve a room, cards are not charged in advance, full payment is due on arrival.
We ask guests to remember that Four Seasons is not a Hotel, it is our home. When returning to the house at night please do so quietly and before 1.00 am, so as to not disturb other guests.
Please be considerate with television or radio volume.
Breakfast is complimentary, we request that you join us for your choice from our large menu. We do not offer a room only rate.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am - 9.00 am (7.30 am on request).
The whole house is no smoking, it is illegal to smoke on the premises.
We accept the following forms of payment
We accept most major credit cards for payment but a 1- % charge will be added to your bill if you pay by credit/debit card. Cash in pound sterling is also accepted. We do not accept Euro, cheques, travellers cheques or American Express.
Pets are not permitted.
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. Cancellations made up to 48 hours (by 10.00 am 2 days in advance) before your arrival, you will not be liable for charge. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you will be liable for the total amount of 1 night's stay at the full rate. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation were unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this were not possible, or unacceptable to you, Our liability would not extend beyond this gesture.
We reserve the right to change a reservation to an alternative room on arrival. The room would have the same facilities and be charged at the same price. As an example, guests who have booked a double or twin room may be allocated our family room on arrival.
Your are able to check in from 4.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
2.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday
Bags can usually be dropped off in advance between 10.00 am and 11.00 am daily but please check with us in advance.
Cars can usually be parked from 12.00 noon but once again please check with us.
Our home is not large and we do not have space to store large quantities of luggage, please do not bring large amounts of bags or suitcases in to our home. For your comfort we would suggest one small bag or suitacse per person.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30 am on your day of departure.
Please vacate our car park before 12.00 noon on your day of departure.
Damages and Breakage
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakage or damages, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakage, but we will charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant or caused by irresponsible behaviour.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer.
