Self Catering House

In addition to B&B we also offer a 2 bedroom house on the South West side of the city CT1 3XW. A 10 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Canterbury city centre.

This property sleeps 4 people.

What we provide.

* 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin. Bed linen and towels. Travel cot.

* Analogue bedroom televisions (4 channels)

* Bathroom with wc, basin, bath, shower over bath.

* Lounge with digital multi channel flat screen television and DVD player.

* Dining room seating 4 with French doors opening on to the garden. Strap on high chair.

* Large south facing garden with table and chairs.

* Off road parking for two cars. (No cars are to be parked in the road please)

* Basic kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

* Starter pack -  a toilet roll, dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, jay cloth, tea, coffee, sugar.

* Quiet residential area. (Please respect our neighbours at all times)

What we don't provide.

* Bed linen for the travel cot.

* Washing machine. We can do laundry at the B&B for £5 per load by prior arrangement.

* Internet. Guests can use the WiFi connection or desk top PC in the B&B by prior arrangement.

* Barbeque. Disposable barbeques are welcome on the gravel area of the garden.

* A cleaning or tidying service. The property is to be left clean and in the condition it is found.

* Telephone. For emergency reasons guests must be travelling with a UK compatible mobile telephone and charger.

* Any food or meals.

The property sleeps 4 people and is £70.00 - £100.00 per night,

dependant on season and length of stay.

Prices can be checked on our on-line booking system.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Maximum stay 7 nights.

Minimum age of party leader 25 years of age.

No single sex groups.

2 Night stays are arriving Saturday and leaving Monday.

3 Night stays are arriving Friday and leaving Monday.

4 Night stays are arriving Monday and leaving Friday.

7 Night stays are arriving Saturday and leaving Saturday.

Keys need to be collected from the B&B during our reception opening times.

The B&B is a 10-15 minute drive from the self catering house.

Check out time is 12.00 noon, Guests are expected to leave the property clean and tidy.

Other information about the house.

The nearest supermarket is Morrisons which is approximately a 10 minute walk.

The property is semi-detached so please be considerate to our neighbours.

The ground floor of the property does not have fitted carpet, it has polished floor boards with rugs.

Guests with small children need to be aware that the house is not childproofed. Cleaning liquids are kept under the kitchen sink and there are open displays of china and glassware in the dining room.

During the winter months (November - April) the garden is untended and will not be very tidy or pretty.

We do not have the property assessed by Visit Britain. If we had to guess at a star rating we would guess the property is 2 star, possibly 3.

The property is holiday accommodation only with a maximum stay of 7 nights. Long term lets are not available.
